The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.
Certain products may have specific eligibility criteria due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., Hotel soaps ,Toiletriespersonal care items, intimate apparel, etc.are not returnable and is mentioned on the product page for every product). Please refer to the product description for more details.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support within 6 days from the date of delivery.

Provide the order details, reason for the return, and any supporting evidence, such as photos, if required.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please ensure that the product is securely packed and labeled with the RMA number before returning it.

Return Shipping:

If you are responsible for the return shipping, we recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

Customized or personalized products

Exchange Policy:

Order cancellations are subject to the order processing stage. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you can initiate a return after receiving the product.
